The kitchen is designed to fit in a small niche in the main room. The cabinets go all the way up to the ceiling to make the best use of the small space. The kitchen features a small sink, an integrated mini fridge and integrated cooking appliances, as well as a built-in washer-dryer. The kitchen cabinets are set in natural oak and dark graphite color, and complete with black metal details – handles and shelf racks.

Lighting options include a row of cylinder downlights and an industrial style flush mount above the sofa, as well as a pair of wall lights on the white brick wall.
The walk-in closet can be found behind a sliding pocket door. It is complete with a large wardrobe, a small dresser and a couple of wall shelves. There is also room on the wall to hang and neatly store a set of two folding chairs.
The bathroom is set in white subway tiles with black grouts. The wall behind the wall-mount toilet is set on the other hand in wood patterned tiles. The floor is designed in monochromatic patchwork tiles. The shower cubicle features a shower tray of custom design in white engineered stone, as well as a clear glass screen with a sliding door. The walls outside the shower area are only partly set in subway tiles – the upper half is finished in moisture resistant dark grey paint. The drywall ceiling features recessed bathroom lights.
