CONSTANT – Short-Term RENTAL PROPERTY Interior Design

A short-term rental property interior design with modern appeal and eye-catching accents. The design proposes a balanced color scheme in white, light oak and shades of grey. Color accents in bright green are also there to catch the eye.

MAIN ROOM

The main room accommodates a kitchen corner, a sleep and rest area, a dining nook and a workplace area. The kitchen is set in white and light grey, with stepped wall cabinets. A room dividing shelving unit in light oak separates the kitchen from the sleeping area on the other side of the room.

The sleeping area features an upholstered double bed with a pair of bedside tables. There is room for a comfy armchair in the corner, and for a low cabinet in front of the window. An upholstered storage bench can also be found by the bed. A soft carpet with a vintage pattern is laid under the bed, but only under half of it, surprisingly.

The feature wall behind the bed is one of the most eye-catching and intriguing design elements in the room. It has a three-colored geometric pattern painted on it with diagonals that make the whole design more dynamic and correspond to the stepped kitchen wall cabinets.

The dining area can be found in the innermost corner of the room, right behind the door. It features a tiny extendable dining table and a pair of upholstered chairs in grey. Another feature wall is designed in this area – this one finished in cork. Various informative, entertaining and well-wishing notes and other materials can be pinned on it by the home-owner and visitors alike.

The room also features a laptop desk area, and a huge wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

HALLWAY

The hallway is set in the same balanced color scheme in white, grey and light oak. It features a set of wall-mount coat racks that resemble tree branches, and a fun mirror group with hexagonal elements.

BATHROOM

The bathroom is finished with large format onyx patterned wall tiles. Furnishings include a corner toilet with a bidet, a corner shower cabin and a bathroom vanity with a sink and a mirror.

CLOSET

The closet is designed with bespoke furniture in light oak – a shelving unit for shoes, two hanging rail units, a washing machine unit and a set of three wall shelves.
