The CONTENT of the project is determined according to the plan you have selected.
CONCEPT DESIGN communicates the basic design idea through photorealistic 3D RENDERINGS of each room. These colorful images give answers to basic questions related to the functional organization, furniture and lighting layout, drop ceilings design, color scheme and material selection.. The conceptual design is an important stage in interior design. Without it we cannot proceed to the detailed plans that are required for construction and assembly works.
DETAILED DESIGN complements concept design as it includes DETAILED PLANS in addition to 3D RENDERINGS. Project documentation contains important information about planned repairs – demolition and constructions works, electrical layout and plumbing systems, lighting design, floor and wall finishes, furniture layout schemes and details. All drawings feature precise dimensions, as well as legends, basic quantitative accounts and explanatory notes.
