Site Survey
For local projects in Bulgaria, an on-site visit is conducted to take measurements and analyze the space.
Layout Planning
Layout options are created to show possible arrangements of key furniture and functional zones, with adjustments made as needed.
Concept Development
A 3D model is created to present views and visualizations illustrating the design concept. Revisions are made if necessary.
Technical Documentation
A detailed product list is compiled, and a complete set of plans, elevations, and specifications is prepared for accurate execution.
Project Handover
Final payment is made, and all project materials are delivered. Optional follow-up design supervision can be arranged.

Pricing is based on the square footage and the scope of services – whether it's concept-only or includes full technical documentation. Rates are calculated per square meter.

Upon request, author’s supervision can be arranged (for projects within Sofia), which includes site visits, progress checks, clarifications, and assistance during the implementation phase.
Yes, I do take on projects for individual rooms, with a minimum project fee of 1000 BGN / 511,29 EUR.
Yes. As long as accurate architectural plans and sufficient visual and technical input are provided, the entire process can be carried out remotely.
