Living Area

The main living area seamlessly combines the entrance hall, kitchen, dining area, and a relaxation nook. The entrance hall is elegantly separated by decorative columns and furnished with an upholstered daybed.

The kitchen features glossy and wooden fronts, a marble countertop, and built-in appliances. The living room accommodates an L-shaped sofa, a comfortable armchair, and a marble coffee table with a golden base. The dining area features a table with six chairs, two of which are in a vibrant yellow accent color.

The lighting scheme features designer ceiling lights, along with recessed spotlights and decorative LED strips.

Master Bedroom

The main bedroom has direct access to its bathroom through a glass partition. Its palette is soft blush tones, paired with wood finishes and marble details. The bed has a tufted headboard with a matching bench at the foot, and the feature wall behind is finished in decorative plaster. The ceiling is accented with natural oak details and integrated decorative lighting.

The en-suite bathroom features a stunning mix of white marble and pink herringbone tiles, along with a spacious shower enclosure and built-in niches. A clear glass divider separates the bathroom from the bedroom, a design choice made to the client’s specific requests.

Second Bedroom

The guest bedroom is furnished with a sofa bed, a chest of drawers, and a TV unit. A lime-green feature wall with a mirrored composition adds a fresh character, complemented by curtains in the same shade. Lighting includes a golden ceiling fixture and two floor lamps. The layout is intentionally flexible, making it easy to adapt the space for different uses in the future.

Second Bathroom

The second bathroom combines white marble with a blue-green accent wall. Furniture in matte white and light wood is paired with a large mirror framed with LED lighting. The shower area features a glass screen and a white stone threshold. Lighting is provided by recessed ceiling fixtures and an LED border along the ceiling.
