KriSta | A Modern Classic in the Heart of the City

This project is a complete renovation of an old family apartment in the Oborishte neighborhood, blending classic details with contemporary elements. The design is elegant and harmonious, featuring a neutral color palette and natural textures. The project emphasizes functionality and coziness, creating a comfortable space for the owners and their guests to use during short-term stays in the city.

Main Space

The open-plan space unites the entrance hall, living room, kitchen, and dining area into one spacious and cozy whole. The design skillfully blends classic details, such as the electric fireplace and decorative molding, with modern elements like round side tables and chairs, creating an elegant and harmonious atmosphere.

Every zone is functional and compact, with a large wardrobe for storage in the entrance hall. The natural parquet and light-colored stoneware flooring provide visual unity throughout the entire interior.

Master Bedroom

The main bedroom exudes elegance and calm, furnished with an upholstered bed, a full-height wardrobe, and a dresser with a vanity mirror. The walls are painted in light beige with decorative moldings, while the suspended ceiling features a coffered design with cornices. Natural parquet flooring adds warmth, and the windows are dressed with Roman blinds and heavy curtains for a refined finish.

Guest Bedroom

Compact yet cozy, the guest bedroom features an upholstered bed and a corner wardrobe. The walls are in beige with decorative moldings, and the floor is natural parquet. The absence of a suspended ceiling keeps the design simple and airy while maintaining comfort.
