Area: 30 sq m
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Style: Industrial
Project Year: 2020
Main Space
The main room brings together a lounge, a compact kitchen, a workspace, and a dining spot. The kitchen is built into a niche and extends to the ceiling, combining graphite and oak cabinetry, a black granite sink, and open metal shelving. A sofa bed is paired with coffee tables and a fold-down dining table. Lighting follows an industrial aesthetic, while the flooring is durable laminated wood.
Walk-in Closet
Separated by a sliding door, the closet includes a wardrobe, dresser, open shelving, and space for folding chairs. Its layout is designed to make the most of every inch, offering efficient storage for clothes and accessories in a small home.
Bathroom
The bathroom blends white subway tiles with black grout and a wood-look porcelain accent wall behind the toilet. The floor features patterned tiles in geometric motifs. The shower area has a white stone tray and a sliding glass screen. A countertop basin is fitted with a built-in faucet and paired with a mirror in a black frame. Ceiling spotlights provide clean, functional lighting.
